We’re excited to announce the launch of our new company-wide Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, powered by Global Shop Solutions (GSS). Over the past 11 months our Finance and Operations teams have been busy working on the deployment of our new ERP system and on the 1st October 2020 the system went live.
Selected for its lean scheduling and focus on manufacturers who specialise in engineer-to-order (custom) and adjust-to-order (customised) products, GSS replaces our many separate databases and has combined them into one integrated system. This powerful automated business system supports our long-term growth strategy and strong commitment towards excellence. It will enable us to work more efficiently and improve responsiveness with customers, suppliers, and partners alike. While most of the changes resulting from this ERP upgrade will be transparent to our customers, any documentation produced from the system, such as quotes, order confirmations, shipping confirmations and invoices will also have a new look.
Our team has carefully planned and executed an efficiently designed system, tested all modules, and trained each staff member to allow for a seamless execution to avoid any disruption or inconvenience to our customers.
